Hi, I’m Rave
I’m an Afro-Indigenous, queer, poly human living in so-called Denver. I’m a somatic based therapist, energy mover, root worker, and artist weaving modern somatics with folk medicine and ancestral practices.
I believe to be well, we must both build capacity in the present and re-member all parts of ourself. In my eyes, healing is not about ridding but expanding. It’s not about getting rid of uncomfortable sensations, experiences, or thoughts but instead, being able to integrate them as a part of your life experience but not the totality of it or of you.
It’s an honor to walk the journey with you.
My mission is to provide accessible care rooted in indigenous practices that has impacts in the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies of individuals and communities.
My Clients
My clients tend to have a difficult time metabolizing shame. I support them in being able to move toward reclaiming their own desire as essential and sacred.
I walk with BIPOC, QTBIPOC, queer folks, and white folks looking to connect to their own spiritual and ancestral practices virtually worldwide and in person in Denver, CO.
I love to work alongside other stewards and space holders through mentorship, consultation, and collaboration.
